Dei framework, orchestrando sistemi agentic complessi in produzione dove la qualità del codice, la sicurezza dei dati (RLS) e l'affidabilità dello streaming real-time sono requisiti non negoziabili.

Il tuo impatto nel team:


  • Progettazione Agentica: Svilupperai sistemi di LLM routing, function calling avanzato (UI-as-Tool) e architetture a ciclo chiuso (plan → call → observe → repeat).
  • High-Performance Backend: Scriverai codice Python moderno, asincrono e ad alte prestazioni, gestendo architetture multi-database e streaming real-time (SSE/WebSockets).
  • Enterprise Security & Cloud: Implementerai logiche di sicurezza stringenti (Row-Level Security su PostgreSQL) e gestirai il deployment containerizzato su infrastruttura Azure/AKS.


Il tuo Stack Tecnico (Cosa cerchiamo):
Python Core (Must Have — 4+ anni):


  • Python 3.10+ Moderno: Uso pervasivo di Type Hints, dataclasses, Pydantic v2 e Pattern Matching.
  • Advanced Async: Padronanza assoluta di asyncio, contextvars e gestione delle connessioni asincrone (asyncpg).
  • FastAPI in Production: Gestione avanzata del ciclo di vita (lifespan), middleware, dependency injection e protocolli SSE / WebSocket.
  • Data Layer: SQLModel / SQLAlchemy (engine management, pool configuration, pool_pre_ping).


AI & Agentic Systems (Must Have — 2+ anni):


  • Framework: Google ADK o equivalenti (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), con focus su concetti di Runner, Tool e contesti dinamici.
  • LLM Orchestration: Integrazione via LiteLLM o SDK nativi (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, Bedrock).
  • Streaming LLM: Implementazione di event loop custom per streaming token-by-token.
  • Prompt Engineering: Prompt dinamici iniettati a runtime e reasoning patterns strutturati (think-before-act).


Database & DevOps:


  • PostgreSQL Avanzato: Conoscenza approfondita di Row-Level Security (RLS) e session variables (SET app.promoter).
  • Docker Enterprise: Multi-stage build, immagini minimali (RedHat UBI9) e utilizzo di uv come package manager moderno.
  • Cloud & CI/CD: Azure DevOps (pipeline YAML), Azure Container Registry, Azure Key Vault, AKS e Azure Monitor.
  • Observability: OpenTelemetry per tracing distribuito e span custom.


Costituiscono un forte plus (Nice to Have):


  • Approcci avanzati di Text-to-SQL (es. M-Schema).
  • Strumenti di LLM Observability (Arize Phoenix, LangSmith) e Guardrail/Safety layer per la PII detection.
  • Gestione di Helm chart per Kubernetes.


Sei il candidato ideale se:


  • Non tratti i Large Language Models come una "black box", ma sai diagnosticare un errore dell'agente partendo dall'analisi dei log.
  • Sai spiegare perché preferire contextvars rispetto alla dependency injection tradizionale per propagare dati di sessione in una chain asincrona.
  • Hai già affrontato in produzione il bug causato da un prompt formulato in modo errato e sai come strutturare test deterministici (con LLM stub e mocking del runner) per prevenire.


Questo ruolo NON fa per te se:


  • Conosci LangChain ma non hai mai guardato cosa succede sotto il cofano del framework.
  • Non hai mai gestito l'autenticazione e l'autorizzazione direttamente a livello di database.
  • Confondi un vero Agente autonomo con un semplice chatbot dotato di memoria.
