We are looking forward to welcoming you to our team in Salò as:

Executive Chef de Cuisine / Head Chef (m/f/d)

Gross annual salary starting from 80.00000 up to 85.00000 (14 salaries)

Your responsibilities:

• Designs and plans the menu for guests
• Manages and motivates employees prepares rosters
• Complies with quality standards and checks the quality of the food offered
• Plans and implements various specials together with the bar restaurant and F&B managers
• Supervises and maintains the kitchen in terms of cleanliness and tidiness
• Prepares the offerings for the F&B outlets as well as their pricing
• Ensures optimum purchasing and ordering of food and runs efficient inventories
• Adheres to and reviews the ongoing kitchen budget and the labor costs for the department
• Ensures that power gas and consumables are used efficiently
• Ensures compliance with HACCP policies in the kitchen

Your profile:

• Several years of work experience in the kitchen area
• Completed vocational training as a chef
• Experience managing and motivating employees
• Strong service and quality orientation
• Business and organizational skills and know-how
• Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
• A can-do attitude hands-on mentality and strong solution orientation
• Highly engaged

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
