Customer Advocate internship

La risorsa supporterà il team Qualità nella gestione dei reclami cliente, nel monitoraggio delle azioni correttive e nella raccolta delle evidenze necessarie per garantire una risposta efficace e puntuale ai clienti. La risorsa avrà l'opportunità di acquisire competenze sui processi di qualità, problem solving e gestione delle non conformità in ambiente industriale. Principali attività * Supportare la registrazione e la classificazione e il monitoraggio dei reclami cliente. * Aggiornare i database e i KPI relativi alle non conformità. * Collaborare con Produzione, Antenna tecnica, PM, Logistica e Supply Chain per la raccolta delle informazioni necessarie alle analisi. * Supportare la preparazione di report qualità e presentazioni per clienti. * Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle azioni correttive e preventive. * Partecipare alle attività di Root Cause Analysis * Supportare la preparazione della documentazione 8D. * Verificare la completezza della documentazione relativa ai reclami. * Collaborare alla definizione e all'aggiornamento delle procedure qualità. * Supportare l'analisi statistica dei dati relativi ai reclami e alle non conformità. Competenze tecniche * Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Capacità di analisi dati. * Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata). * Interesse per i sistemi di gestione qualità e miglioramento continuo * Conoscenza base delle metodologie 8D, 5 Why, FMEA (nice to have ) * Conoscenza della norma ISO 9001.(nice to have ) * Esperienza universitaria o progettuale nell'analisi dati.(nice to have) Soft skills * Precisione e organizzazione. * Attitudine al problem solving. * Capacità di lavorare in team. * Buone capacità comunicative. * Proattività e orientamento al risultato. * Capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente rispettando le scadenze.
