- Lead key global Compensation & Benefits projects including EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation and job evaluation framework review.
- Deliver gender pay gap analysis reporting and remediation planning aligned with regulatory requirements and annual salary cycles.
- Drive harmonisation and governance of our Mercer-based global job architecture ensuring consistency across acquisitions and business lines.
- Support annual compensation cycles bonus processes and market benchmarking including modelling tools and communication.
- Act as trusted advisor to People & Culture stakeholders on reward topics while continuously improving policies analytics and frameworks.
Qualifications :
- University degree in HR Business Finance Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits ideally in a global environment.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale reward projects (e.g. pay equity job architecture benefits or incentive design).
- Strong knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and multi-country compensation practices.
- Solid experience in job evaluation frameworks; Mercer IPE is an advantage.
- Advanced analytical and technical skills (Excel modelling data reconciliation).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with very good English; additional European language (e.g. German) is a plus.

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross): 62000 EUR/year
This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level skills experience and qualifications.
