The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students either pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree or recently graduated to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. Our internships will give you first-hand insights into the processes systems and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading-edge technology.

Youll participate in focused training and team meetings work on projects and present your results. During your internship you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.

As an Intern you will be responsible for:
Collaboratinginthe evaluation and assessment of potential suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet the companys quality cost and delivery requirements.
Supporting the management of relationships with existing suppliers including communication performance evaluations and issue resolution.
Assistingin managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of critical materials while minimizing excess inventory costs.
Supportingin the creation processing and tracking of purchase orders for materials and services.
Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomesandidentifybusinessimprovements.
Learning internal softwaretoassistwiththe completion of projects and tasks
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
Applying Health Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Hold a Higher Technical Diploma Post-Secondary Technical Diploma (EQF level V & VI) or a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Supply Chain Management or Finance
Be high-energy and self-motivated
Have strong oral and written communication skills in English
Possess a valid EU work permit
Be proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
A high level of energy motivation and initiative

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 gross monthly. The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidates academic status and their distance from the workplace.
