Descrizione del ruolo:
Acting as the link between the shoreside Quality & Assurance team and the onboard team, you will monitor the status and standards of all guest and crew areas and assess the feasibility and execution of new projects, from refurbishments to new venues, ensuring Company standards are always met.
Monitor maintenance performance, identify criticalities and drive continuous improvement actions.
Ensure compliance with Company standards across hotel, public and crew areas, safeguarding guest and crew experience.
Coordinate maintenance, refurbishment and construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and according to safety and quality requirements.
Foster collaboration between onboard and shoreside teams, promoting Company Values, operational excellence and a culture of continuous feedback.
Support the planning and preparation of job lists for maintenance, repair and transformation works, as well as the organization of the ship’s Dry Docks.

Background in cruise, hospitality or similar industries managing refurbishment projects and Dry Docks.
