Guest Experience & Engagement

• Capture the most memorable moments of our guests’ journey.
• Create engaging photo opportunities and meaningful guest interactions.
• Help make every cruise experience unforgettable.

Sales & Business Impact

• Guide guests through their photo journey and purchase experience.
• Promote photo products and maximize sales opportunities.
• Contribute to onboard revenue targets through exceptional service.

Photography Operations

• Set up and manage photo locations across the ship.
• Ensure photography equipment is always ready and operational.
• Support embarkation activities and key onboard events.

Teamwork & Professionalism

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Promote a safe, professional and compliant work environment.

Who You Are

Required

• Secondary school diploma
• Previous experience in photography, ideally in dynamic or guest-facing environments
• Basic knowledge of photo equipment and strong motivation to learn and improve your technical skills
• Confidence in interacting with Guests and creating positive, engaging experiences
• English level B1 or higher
• Fluency in an additional language among Italian, German, French, or Spanish.
• Team spirit, flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly
• Organized mindset and attention to detail
• Customer-focused and relationship-driven, with a natural ability to build trust and create memorable experiences
• Results-oriented and resilient, motivated to achieve ambitious goals
• Curious, positive and collaborative, comfortable working across departments with a proactive attitude

• Previous experience in sales
