Your role:

As a Vertical and Ecosystem Marketing Professional, you will be part of the SI Marketing Team, contributing to the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across priority industry verticals and partner ecosystems.

Your mission will be to support business growth through targeted demand generation programs, customer engagement initiatives, and ecosystem activation activities, helping translate business priorities into impactful go-to-market actions.

Your day-to-day activities will include developing and executing vertical marketing plans, managing integrated campaigns across digital and physical channels, and collaborating with Sales, Business Units, Channel Management, and Global Marketing teams to drive pipeline contribution, market engagement, and business growth.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Driving the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across assigned industry verticals and market segments.
  
• Translating business priorities into targeted go-to-market programs, customer engagement activities, and value-driven marketing campaigns.
  
• Executing integrated demand generation programs across digital marketing, events, ABM initiatives, customer engagement activities, and industry-focused campaigns.
  
• Supporting pipeline development through measurable marketing activities aligned with commercial objectives.
  
• Collaborating closely with Sales teams and Gobal marketing team to maximize campaign effectiveness and opportunity development.
  
• Tracking and optimizing marketing performance using KPIs such as MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  
• Supporting the execution of co-marketing initiatives with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and strategic ecosystem partners.
  
• Sharing actionable insights and best practices to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
  

What makes you a great match:
Core Requirements

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  
• 4-5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within B2B, technology, industrial, automation, infrastructure, or digital transformation environments.
  
• Proven experience in demand generation, integrated marketing campaigns, and digital marketing programs.
  
• Strong understanding of marketing planning, campaign management, and funnel performance.
  
• Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM),channel marketing, including engagement with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, or strategic partners.
  
• Ability to translate business priorities into measurable marketing actions and outcomes.
  
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs, campaign performance, and business impact.
  
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
  
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional and matrix organizations.
  
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian

• Experience working with industry vertical marketing approaches and segment-specific go-to-market strategies.
  
• International working experience or exposure to global marketing environments
  
• Curiosity for emerging technologies, market trends, and innovative marketing approaches that support business growth.
  
• Experience working with partner ecosystems and indirect sales channels is considered an advantage.
  
• Continuous learning mindset, with the ability to adapt and thrive in fast-changing business environments
  
• Awareness of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in marketing, including content creation, campaign optimization, customer engagement, analytics, and productivity enhancement.
  
• Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging AI-powered tools and technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.

The pcay range for this position is €50000-€65000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
