VIP Support Engineer / Workplace Support Engineer
Full Remote
(con possibili trasferte occasionali tra Milano e Lugano).
Per un importante cliente siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa che supporterà una piccola popolazione di utenti (circa 10 persone), tra cui alcuni utenti VIP/Executive.
La figura ricercata non deve essere un esperto tecnico, in quanto potrà contare sul team IT del cliente per le attività di escalation e supporto specialistico. Allo stesso tempo non si ricerca un profilo junior: è richiesta una persona credibile, autonoma e in grado di relazionarsi con figure Executive e VIP.

L'aspetto più importante non è la profondità tecnica, ma la capacità di prendere in carico il problema, gestire correttamente l'utente VIP, effettuare le opportune escalation ed essere produttivi nella risoluzione.
