• The Role

We’re building our first structured team and we’re looking for our Marketing Manager, a unique role, not replicated by market, who will take the NowVision brand cross‑country. You’ll work closely with the co‑founders (CEO + CCO) to define and scale the NowVision marketing engine. It’s an end‑to‑end role: from strategy to execution, from positioning to lead generation.

• Responsibilities
• Define and maintain NowVision’s brand positioning as a validation layer (no monitoring, no progress tracking)
• Build the content engine: case studies, whitepapers, videos, social, newsletters, with a consistent voice across IT/UK/EU markets
• Plan and execute presence at major industry events: MIPIM, SAIE, Bauma, Digital Construction Week, plus vertical webinars (ANCE, professional orders)
• Coordinate demand generation to support the sales pipeline: targeted paid campaigns, content‑led sequences, HubSpot nurturing
• Develop PR and analyst relations (CemEx Ventures, Trimble, Italian and European industry press)
• Manage external agencies (design, video, PR) when needed, keeping strategy ownership in‑house
• Must‑have
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, ConTech, AEC, or sectors close to construction/infrastructure
• Ability to move smoothly from strategy to execution: write a LinkedIn post in the morning and set up an ABM campaign in the afternoon
• Managed industry events end‑to‑end (booth, speaker placement, lead capture)
• Know the key tools: HubSpot Marketing, LinkedIn Ads, content/SEO tools, analytics
• Comfortable working in tight alignment with sales: you understand a pipeline, know MQL vs SQL, know how to build materials that close deals
• Nice‑to‑have
• Direct experience in construction, infrastructure, real estate, smart cities, or digital construction
• Background in early‑stage startups (Seed/Series A): you know the trade‑offs between perfection and speed
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or enterprise qualification frameworks (to align content to the funnel)
