About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating international air export shipments, ensuring timely and compliant execution of all operations. You will support CEVA Logistics’ commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.

What you will do

• 
  
• Shipment management: Collect and verify order and shipment information, plan transport (routing), and optimize operational execution.
  
• Documentation: Prepare and manage the necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations.
  
• Monitoring: Oversee shipments, update data in the transport management system, and handle communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Invoicing: Validate documentation, manage internal and external invoicing, and send invoices to customers.
  
• Reporting: Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to the manager to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.
  
• Coordination: Collaborate with the team to resolve operational issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable company procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements.
  
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous improvement-oriented work environment.
  

Who we are looking for

• 
  
• Proven experience in a similar role within logistics and transportation companies.
  
• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation.
  
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  

Salary package

Contract type: Permanent

Working hours: Full-Time

Gross annual salary / RAL: € 30.000 – € 40.000
