About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Proposal Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical background and experience in the field of Rotating Equipment, with a particular focus on compressors, industrial fans and air handling systems, ideally developed in industries such as energy, oil & gas, heavy industry, or large-scale industrial equipment manufacturing. As a Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and managing technical-commercial proposals, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring that our solutions meet customer specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed technical-commercial proposals for rotating machinery.
• Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure that product specifications meet client needs and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and consultation throughout the sales process and after product delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years experience in technical sales, preferably in the field of rotating equipment such as industrial fans, compressors, turbines, blowers, or pumps.
• Strong understanding of rotating machinery principles and technology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Knowledge of English language.
