Responsibilities

At ADDITIVE, graphic design primarily means the graphic development of digital advertising and content (social media, Google network, landing pages, voucher marketing) with a focus on moving images and animation.

You will work with our marketing specialists to develop bespoke advertising concepts for our international hotel clients. You will be responsible for the creative, especially animated, image composition and adaptation of the client’s corporate design to create truly engaging advertisements. By constantly researching and evaluating new technologies, methods and best practices, you will continually improve the processes in your department.

Must Haves

• 
  
• Knowledge of animation and video editing (e.g. AfterFX, Premiere Pro, Filmora)
  
• Practical experience with screen design (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  
• Creative, detailed and pixel‑perfect work
  
• Passion for good design, aesthetics and technical understanding
  
• Structured, goal‑oriented and independent way of working
  
• High level of care, resilience and sense of duty combined with absolute reliability
  
• Willingness to discuss constructively and enjoy working in a team
  
• Curiosity about trends in tourism and online marketing and a high affinity for new media
  
• Excellent German and English language skills
