With a cross-functional scope across development, operations, and cloud, this role suits a technically strong, pragmatic profile able to improve the delivery lifecycle. Over time, it may evolve into broader technical coordination responsibilities.
We are looking for a senior professional with a strong automation mindset to join the IT team as Senior DevOps Engineer, reporting to the Head of IT Change Control at the Companys Headquarters in Genoa, Italy.

What makes you unique
At least 5 years experience in DevOps, automation, or release engineering in complex multinational environments.
Proven experience designing and improving CI/CD pipelines and release processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Terraform or Azure DevOps, version control systems such as Git, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash; certifications are a plus.
Fluent English and an inclusive, international mindset; additional languages are a plus.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, planning, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, digitally skilled mindset focused on innovation, improvement opportunities, and performance bottlenecks.
Familiarity with service management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy, ITIL processes, and monitoring tools.
A collaborative team player who inspires others to perform at their best.
