Position Overview

AsSenior Finance Manager for Italy region you area key leader responsible for the full finance scope combiningfinancial controlling statutory compliance and advanced commercial finance partnering.

Reporting to the Finance Director Commercial Europe you will act as astrategic business partner to the Commercial organization and Leadership Team driving profitable growth through robust financial planning Gross-to-Net (GTN) management and performance insight.

This role blendsstrategic influence and hands-on execution with ownership of financial performance compliance and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Finance Business Partnering

• Act as acore member of the Country Leadership Team contributing to business strategy and decision-making
• Partner closely withSales Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Marketing HR and Commercial Strategy
• Provideactionable financial insightsto drive revenue growth margin expansion and ROI optimization
• Support and challenge commercial teams onpricing promotions trade investment and customer strategy
• Lead financial input intostrategic and transformation projects

2. Commercial Finance & GTN Management

• Own and overseeGross-to-Net (GTN) analysis including trade spend discounts and promotional investments
• Contribute to the development and review ofcustomer and channel P&Ls
• Ensure accuracy transparency and compliance of GTN reporting
• Deliverpost-event analysison commercial initiatives and promotions

3. Financial Planning Forecasting & Controlling

• Own thefull P&L for the Italy entity including Revenue COGS Brand support and OPEX
• Leadbudget rolling forecasts and long-term planning processes
• Deliver timely and accuratemonthly closing and management reporting
• Analyze performance vs. plan/prior year and drivecorrective actions
• Develop and maintainfinancial models dashboards and KPIs
• Providein-depth variance analysis and performance commentary
• Drive continuous improvement inforecast accuracy and reporting processes

4. Statutory Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure compliance withaccounting standards (GAAP) and Group IFRS.
• Act asprimary contact for auditors
• Ensure effectiveinternal control environment and risk management frameworkincluding credit limit risks (Coface insurance)
• Monitor impacts onP&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Overseecash flow and working capital managementincluding DSO optimization & inventory turn over
• Supervise payroll-related financial aspects in coordination with HR

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely withFP&A GBS Supply Chain and Group Finance teams
• Align financial plans withoperational and commercial strategies
• Contribute toregional and global finance initiatives
• Support business case development forinvestments and strategic initiatives

6. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and develop the Finance team
• Foster aperformance-driven collaborative culture
• Coach team members and supportcapability building
• Driveprocess standardization and efficiency improvements

7. Process Improvement & Data Governance

• Improvefinancial tools reporting systems and dashboards
• Enhancedata quality governance and transparency
• Supportsystem implementation or upgrades (ERP planning tools)
• Identify and implementefficiency and automation opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Masters degree inFinance Accounting or Business Administration
• MBA or equivalent is a plus
