In this context, strengthening the control and activities dedicated to supplier quality becomes fundamental.
ACTIVITIES
- Execute and follow continuous development activities.
- Execute and follow continuous improvement activities.
- Establish the plan, define objectives, and identify the types of resources needed to complete design tasks.
- Ensure that actions are taken within the organization to improve product quality.
- Plan, coordinate, guide, and follow the assigned engineering resources team.
- Deliver engineering design activities on time and with quality.
- Maintain product specifications.
- Maintain a record of product standards to support the Product Engineer in managing the product configurator.
- Technical responsibility for change management.
- Promote and participate in continuous product improvement activities.
- Coordinate communication with the Engineering Manager regarding technical support needs.
- Provide technical support to other departments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good skills in design planning and documentation, also considering cost and quality aspects.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical and multidisciplinary design principles.
- Knowledge of PDM/PLM (Product/Project Lifecycle Management) tools for technical documentation management.
- Familiarity with technical regulations and product standards in the relevant sector.
- Basic skills in FEM analysis, DFMEA, DFM/DFA, and industrialization processes.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Good skills in goal setting, decision-making, and planning.
- Good communication, cooperation, management, and team-building skills.
- Good understanding of product technology.
- Financial understanding.
- Proactive, positive, and a good role model, team player.
- Relevant academic background in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
