Stiamo cercando un professionista tecnico e orientato al cliente che entri a far parte del team dedicato alle soluzioni EcoStruxure Power e Smart Electrical Distribution. La risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento tecnico per la forza vendita e per i clienti, contribuendo alla progettazione, configurazione e implementazione di soluzioni digitali per la distribuzione elettrica MT/BT, il monitoraggio energetico e la mobilità elettrica. Il ruolo combina attività di pre-sales, post-sales, project engineering e supporto sul campo, offrendo l'opportunità di lavorare su tecnologie innovative e progetti ad elevato contenuto tecnologico. Principali Responsabilità: Supporto tecnico-commerciale (Pre-Sales)

• Collaborare con la forza vendita nell'identificazione delle migliori soluzioni EcoStruxure per applicazioni MT/BT.
• Progettare architetture di monitoraggio e supervisione energetica.
• Supportare la definizione delle offerte tecnico-commerciali e delle specifiche di progetto.
• Presentare soluzioni e vantaggi tecnologici a clienti, progettisti e system integrator.

Configurazione e messa in servizio (Post-Sales)

• Configurare dispositivi intelligenti Schneider Electric:
• Gateway di comunicazione
• Power Meter
• Relè di protezione MT
• Moduli I/O
• Apparati di networking e connettività
• Configurare e integrare piattaforme software on-premise e cloud per il monitoraggio energetico e la gestione degli impianti.
• Supportare attività di commissioning e avviamento.

Supporto sul campo

• Affiancare clienti e partner durante installazioni, manutenzioni e attività di troubleshooting.
• Analizzare e individuare eventuali anomalie tecniche, proponendo le azioni correttive necessarie.
• Coordinare e supportare le attività di site engineering

Requisiti:

• Background ingegneristico in Elettrotecnica o Informatica
• Esperienza nei sistemi elettrici di potenza e nelle reti MT/BT.
• Strumentazione di misura e Power Meter
• Sistemi di Energy Management e Power Quality
• Sistemi operativi Windows Server
• VPN e infrastrutture di comunicazione industriale
• Project Engineering
• Project Management
• Commissioning e attività di sito
• Attitudine consulenziale e forte orientamento al cliente
• Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari
• Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative
• Problem solving e autonomia operativa
• Interesse per innovazione, digitalizzazione ed efficienza energetica
• Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio regionale per circa il 60% del tempo
