We're looking for a Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our Technical Tendering team and help us win the projects that matter. You'll work at the intersection of customer needs and technical innovation, defining solutions for HVAC systems, structural engineering, and integrated mechanical packages. What will you do?

• Define technical solutions for mechanical systems opportunities including HVAC, structural design, and pre-fabricated buildings based on customer requirements
• Collaborate with tendering teams to select equipment, define package interfaces, and estimate engineering resources needed for execution
• Identify technical risks and optimize proposals to ensure they are competitive, compliant, and ready for submittal
• Provide technical support to opportunity leaders throughout the tendering lifecycle until project award

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• HVAC System Design — developing level; specifying heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions for diverse market segments
• Mechanical Design — developing level; designing metallic frames, skids, and lifting devices that meet project specifications
• Technical Solution Design — developing level; translating customer needs into feasible, competitive technical proposals
• Requirements Analysis — developing level; capturing and interpreting customer expectations to define solution scope
• Quotation Management — developing level; preparing cost estimates and technical documentation for bid submissions
• Problem Solving — developing level; addressing technical challenges during the tendering phase with practical solutions
• Critical Thinking — foundational level; evaluating options and identifying optimal approaches for proposal development
• Active Listening — developing level; understanding stakeholder input to ensure alignment between customer needs and proposed solutions
