illycaffè, an Italian company founded in Trieste in 1933, always committed to offering the best coffee in the world and promoting coffee culture, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Global Marketing Department. The role is responsible for guiding global Performance Marketing strategies, contributing to e-commerce growth and business development through customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue generation activities. The figure will coordinate international media agencies, optimize digital investments, and contribute to strengthening brand visibility on paid and organic channels.

Principali responsabilità

  • Definition and implementation of global Performance Marketing strategies to support e-commerce growth objectives.
  • Coordination of global media agencies in campaign planning, activation, and optimization activities.
  • Management of media investments and monitoring of market performance.
  • Campaign optimization based on acquisition, conversion, qualified traffic, revenue, and ROAS KPIs.
  • Preparation of global reporting related to media and digital performance.
  • Analysis of results and identification of improvement and optimization opportunities.
  • Coordination of SEO and GEO activities in synergy with media and content strategies.
  • Support for the development of organic brand visibility and presence in new AI-based search environments.
  • Collaboration with E-commerce, CRM, Content, Analytics teams and with international markets to ensure an integrated approach to digital growth.
  • Evaluation and experimentation of new technologies, platforms, and tools to support performance marketing activities.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Consolidated experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing roles in structured and international contexts.
  • Solid knowledge of major digital advertising platforms and web analytics tools.
  • Experience in managing media investments and coordinating external agencies.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing KPIs and digital campaign optimization logics.
  • Familiarity with SEO issues and new paradigms of search and digital visibility.
  • Strong orientation towards data analysis and results measurement.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate different stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale

  • Experience in international e-commerce contexts.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector or in consumer-oriented companies.
  • Knowledge of advanced marketing analytics and attribution tools.
  • Experience in managing SEO strategies integrated with paid media activities.
  • Interest in digital innovation and the evolution of AI tools applied to marketing.
The company applies the CCNL Alimentare Industria. The gross annual salary will be between €50,000 and €60,000 and will be defined according to objective and neutral criteria, based on the characteristics of the role and the candidate's profile, in compliance with the principles of fairness, transparency, and equal opportunities.
