We pursue therapies that minimize physical burden on patients. We offer diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for Interventional Cardiology (IC), Peripheral Intervention (PI), and Interventional Oncology (IO). /p h3Job Summary /h3 pAs a Product Specialist in our Italian sales department, you will be responsible for promoting our CARDIOLOGY portfolio. Your goal is to support as well as initiate sales in targeted accounts by supporting the team with your technical expertise and market insights. You will provide product support, education, specialised technical training, and insight in the proper use of specialty medical devices in selected procedures. Therefore, you will be operating often within a clinical and/or surgical/cath‑lab environment. /p pThe geographical focus is on Italy mainly and expands to Greece and Cyprus as well. /p pYou report to CARDIO Sales and Marketing Manager, Emanuela Trecci, and in addition, you will work closely with Marketing Manager, Product Specialists and Area Managers. /p pFor this position we are looking to hire an Italian national who is legally entitled to work in Italy with excellent communication skills in both Italian and English. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 pbProduct Expertise /b /p ul liUnderstand product specifications and their positioning in the market. /li liUnderstand pathologies, therapeutic fields and medical procedures related to the product portfolio (A2C, stents, micro‑cath, PTCA guide wires, balloons, etc). /li /ul pbSales Technical Support /b /p ul liAssist the Sales Marketing team in the overall preparation of the annual business plan and more specifically in the preparation of tenders. /li liAssist HCP's in the appropriate use of the product portfolio, collect and communicate feedback from the market. /li liEnsure dealers, distributors and agents have knowledge and training capabilities on the product portfolio remain up to date. /li liFollow up on product quality related complaints. /li /ul pbPromotional Activities /b /p ul liPropose promotional activities in full compliance with company provisions. /li liSupport the team, especially the Marketing Manager, in organizing congresses and mono‑sponsor courses. /li liParticipate in congresses, courses and any other promotional activities to ensure a good promotion of our products, as well as an excellent transfer of technical information. /li liTraining of internal and external stakeholders. /li liGive insightful product training courses to both internal and external stakeholders such as sales colleagues, distributors, agents, HCP's. /li /ul h3Profile Description /h3 ul liPreference: Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Economics. /li liConsideration for professionals with experience in interventional cath‑labs or clinical environments (e.g., nurse, technician, radiographer). /li liA minimum of 2/3 years working experience, preferably in a cardiovascular related field or a similar role. /li liExcellent technical product understanding, excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers. /li liProfessional fluency in English. /li liWillingness to travel 3 days a week and open to travel when required for the role. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 pTerumo offers an attractive salary and benefits package. /p pWe provide a supportive environment where everyone is treated with respect, and we strive to create a diverse, equal and inclusive work environment.
