Il System & Equipment Qualification Manager avrà la responsabilità di garantire che macchinari, sistemi e impianti industriali rispettino i requisiti di sicurezza, qualità e conformità normativa (es. GMP, FDA) e di user requirement. Supporterà il team di Validation nel coordinamento di tutte le fasi di convalida di impianti, attrezzature, utilities, sistemi e processi.
ATTIVITA' SVOLTE E/O RESPONSABILITÀ:
- Curare e redigere la stesura di USR e/o DQ;
- Coordinare le attività di esecuzione dei protocolli di qualifica e validazione, inclusi FAT, SAT, IQ e OQ ed approvarli, partecipando alla loro redazione;
- Assicurare che i macchinari rispettino gli standard di settore (es. direttive macchine, normative farmaceutiche);
- Assicurare che i sistemi di gestione aria, acqua, vapore rispettino gli standard operativi (es. Verifica del corretto funzionamento dei sistemi HVAC, azoto, PW e vapore);
- Assicurare il corretto svolgimento dei programmi di calibrazione e taratura;
- Assicurare la convalida delle sterilizzazioni per gli impianti che lo richiedono e redigere i protocolli di convalida relativi;
- Proporre e verificare sistemi di raccolta e monitoraggio dati relativi a macchine di processo;
- Proporre sistemi e di miglioramento in ottica di conformità GMP, ISO22000 e altro.
