Are you a fluent Italian speaker with a passion for helping customers? Join our team as a Italian-Speaking Customer Service Agent supporting Canon, one of the world's leading imaging and technology brands. This is a fully remote opportunity based in Greece, offering you the flexibility to work from home while delivering customer support to Italian-speaking customers.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with product inquiries, troubleshooting, order-related questions, and general support. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing development to help you succeed in your role.

Requirements
· You must have a C1/C2 level of Italian, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
· Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
· You must have a valid EU passport.
· You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
