Il Residual Value Specialist è responsabile della stima, analisi e monitoraggio dei valori residui (VR) dei veicoli lungo l’intero ciclo di vita, contribuendo alle strategie di pricing, leasing e remarketing.
Il ruolo richiede una solida esperienza sui Residual Values e la capacità di leggere il mercato dell’usato, analizzando actuals e forecast e informazioni di mercato per costruire stime affidabili e supportare decisioni commerciali e finanziarie.
Collabora con Remarketing, Sales, Finance e Marketing per massimizzare la redditività del portafoglio veicoli a livello locale e internazionale.
Responsabilità principali:
Definire, aggiornare e monitorare i valori residui (VR), gestendo actuals e forecast
Analizzare e interpretare il mercato dell’usato (trend, prezzi, domanda/offerta, competitor)
Elaborare e confrontare dati di mercato (annunci, prezzi di vendita) con benchmark interni (es. NC)
Fornire stime di VR a supporto di leasing, noleggio e offerte commerciali
Collaborare con Remarketing e Sales per ottimizzare valore di vendita, rotazione e pricing
Analizzare gli scostamenti tra actuals e forecast e proporre azioni correttive
Preparare analisi per il management, evidenziando rischi, criticità e opportunità a supporto delle decisioni
Requisiti Principali:
Almeno 2–3 anni di esperienza specifica sui Residual Values (VR)
5+ anni in automotive finance, leasing o fleet management
Solide competenze analitiche su actuals e forecast e modellizzazione VR
Capacità di leggere il mercato automotive e tradurre segnali in assunzioni di valore residuo
Esperienza con fonti dati di mercato (annunci, prezzi di vendita, benchmark interni)
Inglese fluente
