YOUR ROLE As part of our Enterprise and Data Analytics practice at Capgemini Invent, you will help organisations unlock the value of AI by defining strategic roadmaps, establishing governance frameworks, and enabling responsible AI adoption at scale. Working closely with C-suite executives and business leaders, you will support transformation initiatives that balance innovation, business value, risk management, and regulatory compliance. In this role you will play a key role in:

• Defining AI and GenAI strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps that are closely aligned with clients' business objectives and long-term vision.
• Designing and implementing AI Governance and Responsible AI frameworks, ensuring compliance, transparency, risk management, and ethical AI adoption across the organisation.
• Advising senior executives on AI investment priorities, use case portfolios, and value realisation opportunities, translating complex topics into clear and actionable business decisions.
• Overseeing complex consulting engagements, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, data, and change management to deliver measurable client impact.
• Supporting clients in scaling AI capabilities through governance structures, Centres of Excellence, and enterprise-wide adoption approaches that drive sustainable transformation.
• Helping shape and expand our AI Strategy & Governance practice through active contributions to proposals, thought leadership publications, and client development initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Digital Transformation, Data & AI, or Technology Advisory, with a proven track record of delivering initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, combined with solid knowledge of the governance, risk, and compliance considerations associated with their adoption at scale.
• Demonstrated experience designing operating models, governance frameworks, target operating organisations, or enterprise transformation roadmaps in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• A proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, building trusted relationships and translating complex technical topics into clear business outcomes.
• A collaborative and inclusive working style, with the ability to coordinate and inspire multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for shaping the future of AI-enabled organisations in an ethical and responsible way.

The minimum value of the range corresponds to the minimum salary treatment established by the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the level and position indicated above and does not necessarily represent the starting salary. The compensation offered at the conclusion of the selection process will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, professional experience, level of seniority, and the specific characteristics of the selected profile, in line with the company’s compensation and job classification system, and in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
