Purpose and main priorities of the role: We are looking for a high-potential, hands-on Business Controller to take full ownership of controlling and FP&A activities for Politape Group, a recently acquired group within the Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives BU. This is a key role in a post-acquisition environment, where accuracy, speed, and continuous improvement are critical. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-driven, with the ability to operate both at a transactional level and in business partnering. You will be responsible for end-to-end financial control and performance monitoring of the Politape business, working closely with local teams in Germany and the BU Finance team.
