Principali responsabilità For our Milan office, we are looking for a Director with experience in Investment Banking/M&A, to be included in our Capital Advisors Team. Attività:

• End-to-end management and coordination of real estate M&A operations (acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings), from origination to closing, with direct responsibility for transaction structuring and negotiation with counterparties.
• Development and maintenance of commercial relationships with institutional investors, real estate funds, developers, family offices and credit institutions; support for generating new mandates and growing the client portfolio of the Capital Advisors Team.
• Production of advanced financial analyses, financial modeling (DCF, LBO, NAV), information memoranda, portfolio valuations and presentations for management; supervision and mentoring of junior team resources.
• Structuring and management of Sale & Leaseback operations for corporate and institutional clients, with analysis of accounting, tax and financial implications and coordination with legal and tax advisors in the various phases of the process.
• Support for equity placement and capital raising activities for real estate vehicles (funds, SIIQ, club deals, co-investment platforms), with identification of target investors, preparation of offering documentation and roadshow management.

Skill

• 6-10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in real estate.
• Solid knowledge of Italian and European real estate market dynamics, with experience in different asset classes, such as offices, retail, logistics, hospitality, residential, etc.
• Proven ability to develop financial analyses and valuations to support M&A operations, including the construction of complex financial models (DCF, LBO, NAV, scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis); ability to translate quantitative output into clear strategic recommendations for the client and internal management.
• Strong relational and commercial skills, results-oriented, aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams and ability to manage multiple processes in parallel in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent command of digital tools.
