Commercial Analyst

We are currently looking for a Commercial Analyst (M/F) to join our team at our offices in Bergamo. The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for the customer support and support of the origination process across all business segments (Industry, Mobility, Marine, Biomethane) of the Italian subsidiary. He/she works under the coordination of the respective Commercial Leads, running marketing campaigns, offering customer support and coordinating offers and contract preparation.ResponsibilitiesSupports Commercial Leads in all commercial activities in the country, including business development, sales origination, and customer relationships. Serves the local commercial strategy and delivers on agreed performance targets : coordinating the execution of the commercial action plan, effectively using CRM tools, aligning internally with Group departments in support of the origination processCoordinates commercial offers and contracts preparation, under the supervision of Commercial LeadsUndertakes communication with customers as part of sales campaigns, coordinated by the Commercial LeadsTroubleshoots on issues affecting the execution of the live customer contractsPromotes company values and culture, showcasing self-starting mentality and demonstrating a willingness to grow into a Sales Originator.Reports on his/her activities: developing specific KPIs, analyzing results, presenting reports to management.SkillsStrong business acumen and strategic mindsetTrack record in developing a businessAbility to communicate and negotiateTenacity and determinationResults-oriented mindset, energyExcellent communication and presentation skillsCollaborative team player who builds trust across functionsRequirementsHigher education, such as a Business School.A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, which may have been gained:energy origination or tradingroad fuels supplyindustrial salesProven basic understanding of energy technical and commercial fundamentalsBasic understanding of the EU and National regulation shaping energy transition in industrial and transport sector (i.E RED III, ETS) would be a plusFluent in English, native in ItalianWhat we offerSalary range: €30,000 - €35,000 gross per yearAnnual bonus opportunityAbout the CompanyMolgas is a downstream LNG, bioLNG and renewable gases supply and distribution company.
