Language Requirement: Italian and English

About The Role

We are hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a tech customer service project based in Portugal.

In this role you will provide customer support in Italian and English assist users with technical inquiries resolve customer issues document cases accurately and help turn challenging situations into positive customer experiences.

This is a remote position but candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical customer service and support
  • Identify troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism empathy and patience
  • Clearly explain technical solutions to customers
  • Track customer issues and ensure accurate documentation
  • Follow up on cases until resolution
  • Maintain a positive customer experience and build customer loyalty

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable handling technical inquiries
    Strong communication skills
  • Good problem-solving ability and quick thinking
  • Detail-oriented and able to track issues properly
  • Empathetic patient and customer-focused
  • Able to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
