YOUR ROLE

As a Network Transformation Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will support leading telecom operators in defining and executing their network transformation journeys. You will contribute to strategic initiatives focused on network strategy, operating model evolution and the roadmap toward Autonomous and AI‑enabled Networks, helping clients address today’s challenges while preparing for the future. In this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:

• Supporting network strategy definition and end‑to‑end transformation roadmaps toward Autonomous and AI‑enabled Networks;
• Contributing to automation maturity assessments, Target Operating Models and OSS/network transformation initiatives;
• Developing strategic analyses and business cases for network evolution, leveraging industry standards (e.g. TM Forum);
• Preparing client‑ready deliverables and working in mixed consulting–client teams under senior leadership guidance.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid experience in Telco strategy, network transformation or consulting engagements, with strong problem‑structuring, analytical and business case development skills;
• Good understanding of Telco network domains (planning, engineering, deployment or operations), OSS concepts and interest in AI, automation and data‑driven network models; familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (e.g. ODA) is a strong plus;
• Collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity and motivation to grow within a leading consultancy, embracing innovation, sustainability and client impact;
• Ability to work effectively in team‑based environments, support senior stakeholders and progressively take ownership of workstreams and client interactions.
• Note: The role requires 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy or Telco transformation roles. Fluent English is mandatory, while Italian is considered a strong plus. Certifications are not required; however, TM Forum or network‑related certifications are considered an asset.
