We are currently looking for Italian-speaking professionals with a strong customer-oriented and sales-driven mindset to join an international technology project based in Lisbon Portugal. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous experience in sales customer service retail account management or client-facing roles who are interested in relocating to Portugal and working remotely within the country.

Location: Lisbon Portugal (with relocation assistance)

Responsibilities

  • Support customers via phone email and chat
  • Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining performance targets
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Profile Were Looking For

  • Fluent Italian and good English level
  • Previous experience in sales customer support retail hospitality or other client-facing environments
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable

Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts) or Monday to Friday
  • 2 days off per week
