The Lead Product Footwear Developer collaborates closely with Design Technical Design Product Management Engineering Materials Development Color Quality and factory partners to bring innovative footwear concepts to life. This role serves as a key technical leader across the product creation process building strong cross-functional partnerships influencing decision-making and helping ensure products meet the highest standards of craftsmanship quality and consumer relevance.

Key Qualifications
You will lead the development of innovative Womens Sportswear footwear products partnering across functions to transform design concepts into commercially viable products that meet performance quality and timeline expectations. You will help drive technical excellence throughout the product creation process while delivering solutions that elevate the consumer experience.
The annual base salary for this position generally ranges from 59.10000 to 91.600000. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
