Our vision is to craft globally recognised “love” brands through our people, passion for excellence, innovative mindset and strong family values.Disaronno group is seeking a Senior Marketing Excellence Manager with a strong project management and process governance mindset, responsible for ensuring effective integration between global strategy and local execution.The role aims to:optimize the time-to-market of commercial initiativesstructure and govern communication flows between HQ and marketsensure the effective cascade of global marketing guidelines into excellent local execution programsThis is a pivotal position within the Global Marketing Excellence model, playing a key role in enabling a “one company approach” across global brand teams, marketing excellence, and local trade marketing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Process ManagementLead and structure the marketing planning process (global commercial initiatives, / OB cycle / NPD launches) ensuring cross-functional alignment.Define clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables for global and local initiativesMonitor project progress, proactively identifying bottlenecks and risksImplement tools and methodologies to improve project management efficiency and execution qualityHQ–Markets Communication OrchestrationAct as the primary interface between Global Marketing, Trade Marketing, and local marketsDesign and manage a clear, structured, and continuous communication modelEnsure timely and effective sharing of all key information (guidelines, assets, priorities)Establish structured feedback loops from markets to continuously improve global strategiesDriving Marketing Excellence & Time to MarketTranslate brand strategies into clear and actionable toolkits for local implementationSupport trade marketing teams in adapting global initiatives into effective local activations (on/off trade, PR, events, etc.)Optimize the time to market of marketing and commercial initiativesCoordinate the definition and deployment of global execution guidelinesEnsure consistency between strategy and execution while maintaining market agilityPromote best practices and standardized ways of working across marketsRequirementsAt least 10 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or marketing operations/excellence (FMCG / spirits preferred)Strong experience in complex project management and cross-functional coordinationProven track record managing structured processes (e.G., S&OP, innovation pipeline, go-to-market)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in international environmentsAnalytical mindset combined with strong problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to thrive in dynamic and evolving organizationsFluent in EnglishWhat We OfferPermanent contractSalary €65.000Benefits: meal vouchers, access to training platforms, other benefitsOpportunity to work on internationally recognized premium brandsDynamic, entrepreneurial environment with a strong focus on innovation and creativity
