The opportunity

We are looking for an intern to support Service Project Managers in ensuring efficient and accurate execution of customer orders from entry to delivery acting as a key interface between Sales Operations and Customers.

How youll make an impact

Order Management

• Create review and manage customer orders in SAP
• Validate commercial terms (price Incoterms payment terms delivery dates)
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of order data

Order Execution & Monitoring

• Track order progress from booking to invoicing and delivery
• Coordinate with supply chain production and logistics for timely execution
• Proactively communicate bottlenecks (availability delays discrepancies)

Customer & Stakeholder Interaction

• Act in collaboration with Project Manager for customers on order-related topics
• Support Sales with order status backlog and delivery commitments
• Collaborate with Finance on billing credit checks and disputes

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure correct documentation (order confirmations shipping docs invoices)
• Maintain compliance with internal controls (SOX) and company policies
• Support audits with required documentation and traceability

Reporting & Data Quality

• Monitor order backlog delivery performance and KPIs
• Maintain high data quality standards in systems
