Neuraxpharm is looking for a Regional Access Manager (RAM) based in Central Italy (Lazio preferred), Italy

Your mission:

The role, reporting to the Head of Market Access, is pivotal to ensure patient access to necessary medical therapies while building a positive reputation for the company within the payers community into the assigned territory. RAM is responsible for regional & local access of NX products, extension of indication and the entire product lifecycle; he/she is expected to successfully drive interaction with all the relevant institutional stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective execution of market access plans, in close collaboration with KAMs and MSLs, in a pre-launch phase, launch, post launch, maintenance, tenders and competition in the therapeutic area.

Your major accountabilities:

✓Drive development of access strategy in the assigned territory, considering both national access policies and differentiated access environments at regional and local levels, in order to maximize business potential through market access.

✓ Build, maintain & develop strong & solid relationships with decision-makers, regional & local payors, pharmacists, KOLs, institutional & political experts and all the relevant stakeholders influencing long term success of NX portfolio, including Rare Diseases, Medical Devices & Digital Solutions.

✓ Accelerate Time to Market and Time to Access, supporting launch and entry of NX portfolio into the regional, local and hospital formularies, optimizing pricing and positioning vs competitors & increasing company reputation.

✓ Provide economic and institutional insights and feedback to support the development of Market Access strategies, product launch plans and economic materials.

✓ Responsible for pharmacoeconomic and value-based communication at local and regional level, in collaboration with Specialists & KAMs regarding pharmacists interaction.

✓ Responsible for patient journey communication and product positioning at payor level.

✓ Directly collaborate with local PAGs, as per company general guidelines.

✓ Act as a valuable team player, closely partnering with team members in the field (MSLs & Reps/KAMs) as well as in central departments, to share relevant information, dynamics, strategies and solutions to reach the common company goals.

✓ Attend trainings, courses and conferences for continuous professional development.

✓ Operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (ethical guidelines of interactions with all professionals).

We would like you to have:

• Scientific or Economic Degree

• At least 3+ years of professional experience in the role in pharma company with hospital portfolio, with existing network with Payors and institutional stakeholders at local and regional level

• Experience of new products launches & company positioning in local & regional government affairs

• Medical Devices and Rare Diseases experience is a strong plus

• Solid understanding of central & local access dynamics, with proven ability to identify, analyse & overcome access barriers

• Ability to work independently & proactively as a strong team member of cross functional teams

• Top-notch written & verbal communication skills and networking skills (internal & external)

• Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Availability to travel up to 100%

• Language: Italian required & English a plus

The expected annual base salary range for this position is 65,233 - 82,890 Euros and you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Neuraxpharm Italy offers a 13-months period salary. The final compensation will be determined by a variety of gender-neutral factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
