Job Description
As part of Thermo Fisher Scientific youll join our mRNA Manufacturing team in Monza supporting the production of innovative therapies in a highly regulated GMP environment.
We are looking for an experienced pharmaceutical manufacturing professional who combines strong technical knowledge of biopharmaceutical production processes with previous experience coordinating operators production activities and/or shifts.
This is a hands-on manufacturing leadership role. You will work closely with production teams on the shop floor coordinating day-to-day manufacturing activities setting priorities and ensuring production targets are achieved safely on time and in compliance with GMP requirements.
