Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Remote, Portugal-based Employment Type: Full-time Language Requirement: Italian and English About The Role We are hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a tech customer service project based in Portugal . In this role, you will provide customer support in Italian and English , assist users with technical inquiries, resolve customer issues, document cases accurately, and help turn challenging situations into positive customer experiences. This is a remote position , but candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.
