Role Overview:

As a Content Reviewer, you will review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. With strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and good judgment, you will play a key role in protecting users, maintaining platform integrity, and fostering a safe and inclusive digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and links, according to established policies and guidelines.
• Apply moderation standards consistently and objectively to make accurate, well-informed decisions.
• Manage user appeals and content-related requests professionally, fairly, and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high content quality and ensure platform standards are upheld.
• Identify emerging trends and flag potentially harmful, inappropriate, or suspicious activity requiring further investigation.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements.
• Share feedback and recommendations to enhance moderation processes, tools, and overall operational efficiency.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all platform policies when handling sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
• Keep up to date with policy changes, moderation best practices, and emerging online safety challenges through continuous training and development.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
