• As a member of your project team you’ll work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.
• You’ll help teams understand client challenges by conducting research, gathering data, running surveys and interviews, and turning information into clear insights.

Compensation information Job title: Consultant (m/f/d) Location: Milan, Italy Contract type: Permanent contract (contratto a tempo indeterminato) CCNL applied: CCNL Commercio (National Collective Bargaining Agreement of companies in the Services and Distribution Sectors) Level / Classification: Impiegato, Level 1 Remuneration Base starting salary (full-time equivalent): EUR 43,000 The candidates eligible will receive also a 7.000€ una-tantum sign–on bonus in their first month of employment. This amount is expressed as a full-time equivalent. The above base salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria, in accordance with applicable law. Any final salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills and our current organizational needs. Variable compensation and benefits Variable pay
