Aero Alliance Europe Finance Specialist (maternity cover)

Job Description Summary

As Aero Alliance Europe Finance Specialist youll be accountable for the accuracy and quality of the financial reporting revenue recognition and controls. You will be the First Point of Contact for all Finance related processes linked to our European sites (with focus on Norway) of the entities as well as a key stakeholder of the support functions and systems in place. The role will report directly to the Aero Alliance Europe Shop Finance Manager.

Job Description

Essential responsibilities:

• Lead the closing processes and perform accounts reconciliations
• Analyze and explain actual versus budget variances
• Prepare weekly/monthly/annual forecast of the main financials
• Partner with Finance Leader & Operations to ensure alignment on operational and strategic issues
• Partner with JV Controllership team to ensure and consistency of accounting processes drive controllership awareness throughout the operating team ensure financial compliance and uphold Companys commitment to integrity.
• Support Service Centre Operations Team to deliver financial commitments cost productivity and financial rigor
• Articulate commercial & financial risks and opportunities
• Work effectively with different stakeholders (Leadership Operations and other Finance functions) inside and outside the JV to proactively drive initiatives
• Preparation and submission of State required statistical reporting
• Partner with GE and BHGE Corporate teams shared services supporting the JV and external auditors to ensure excellence of operational & processes including statutory and tax filing audit processes and account reconciliations

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven relevant work experience in similar role
• Strong accounting analytical problem-solving & communication skills with hands-on approach.
• Strong team player with professional/positive personal presence ability to work across functions and locations engaging beyond the Finance Function
• Ability to adjust to varying priorities in a dynamic environment work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Proven ability to manage-self
• Fluent English and Italian in both written and verbal communication

The pay range for this position: Between 36800.00 and 55200.00 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidates education qualifications experience and skill set.

A Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA - Metalworking) is applicable in relation to position. The available benefits based on the currently effective CBA and company policies include the following:

Stipendio Base: La retribuzione seguirà le tabelle salariali previste dal CCNL di categoria Metalmeccanico Industria

Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.

Pensione Integrativa (Cometa): Tutti i livelli sono eligibili ad eccezione dei dirigenti.
Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2% (22% se under 35). Contributo del dipendente: 12%. Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.

Employer Contribution: 2% (2.2% if under 35). Employee Contribution: 1.2%. Base: monthly gross salary.

• 50% for shift production workers for overtime worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM

Night overtime Saturday Sunday and public holidays:

Maggiorazioni e indennità turno: PER OPERAI TURNISTI: Maggiorazione del 20% per la fascia oraria dalle 18:00 alle 22:00. Indennità di 350 per ogni turno lavorato.
