Descrizione generale General description The position is inserted within the DOB area of Local CC1 (coordinated by Antonio Minosi). To develop and program the digital offering in B2B markets, CRIF is looking for a key account / consultant capable of managing the work team, in coordination with the unit manager and in conjunction with the markets and the Global CC. Responsabilità Specifically, the sought-after resource will be responsible for:

• Managing the formal relationship with clients, supporting the Business Owner and the Business Unit team;
• Assisting the Business Owner for engagement with KAL clients;
• Coordinating the activities of the Business Analyst / PM team;
• Planning and monitoring projects with a formal and structured approach;
• Reporting progress and results achieved to keep project stakeholders (both external and internal clients) constantly aligned, in addition to the BU Director;
• Supervising to ensure the quality of deliverables and project documentation;
• Managing possible project criticalities and relationships with involved stakeholders;

Conoscenze e requisiti indispensabili

• Degree in a technological field, Engineering or Computer Science;
• Knowledge of digital technologies and their most current application contexts;
• Proven experience in projects with a focus on analysis and delivery of complex IT solutions;

Conoscenze linguistiche

• Native knowledge of the Italian language;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language according to the European Framework

• Supporting the Business Owner to overlook KAL's customers;
• Coordinating the activities of the Business Analyst / PM team;
• Planning and monitoring projects with a formal and structured approach;
• Reporting progress and results achieved to keep project stakeholders (both external and internal clients) in constant alignment, in addition to the BU Director;
• Quality assurance supervision of deliverables and project documentation;
• Management of possible critical project and stakeholder relations issues;

Essential knowledge and requirements

• Degree in technical field, Engineering or Computer Science
• Knowledge of digital technologies and the most current contexts of their application;
• Proven experience in projects with focus on analysis and delivery of complex IT solutions;

Linguistic knowledge

• Mother tongue knowledge of the Italian language;
• Advanced English level according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
