Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a brilliant student or recent graduate to join the Human Resources Department. The resource, alongside their manager, will support activities related to Personnel Selection and Development, in a cross-functional logic across all Entities belonging to the Group in Italy, collaborating with functional HR Business Partners, in support of the Business Units. Specifically, they will be responsible for:

• Personnel recruitment and the subsequent selection process;
• Database updating, monitoring, and constant reporting of KPIs related to Selection;
• Interfacing with Universities and Technical Institutes for Employer Branding activities and activation and support in the document management of internships;
• In collaboration with Communications, development and implementation of Employer Branding activities for the development of supplementary recruitment channels and active sourcing strategies;
• Support in the implementation of Talent Development projects at national and international level;
• Operational support for various HR projects and initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Degree in humanities and/or economic disciplines;
• Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel;
• Good knowledge of the English language. French language will be considered a plus;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication and organizational skills;
• Curiosity and precision;
• Team working and problem solving;
• Strong results orientation and proactivity.

KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION

• Internship duration: 6 months;
• Internship location: Collecchio (PR);
• Monthly allowance of €800 and access to the company canteen.
