Responsibilities TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love. The FMCG / H&L team at TikTok Shop partners with brands, helping them grow and succeed through tailored business development, data-driven strategy, and creator-led marketing. Our team brings together expertise in brand management, e-commerce, and social commerce within a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. • Business Development: Identify high-quality opportunities in brands that will add value and drive growth on the platform; Focus on incubating and nurturing merchants to optimise their performance, while working towards team objectives and targets
• Account Management: Manage merchants and support their growth by collaborating with relevant teams to troubleshoot issues, optimise their visibility, and maximize their success on the platform
• Data Analysis: Deep dive into data to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and develop actionable modification plans
• Campaign: Manage the delivery of creative assets, traffic and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for a campaign launch; Monitor campaign delivery and make adjustments/recommendations

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently in your penultimate year studying Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026 or above.
• Experience of relatable in-category management, at an e-commerce company, a large retailer, marketing, advertising or other company with specialism in category
• Strong analytics, organisational and communication skills
• A proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change and ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks for the rest of year

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven client-facing experience
• Familiarity with e-commerce markets
• Demonstrated experience in leading operational initiatives and delivering measurable results
