AsQuality Project Manager you will have endtoend accountability for ensuring that the project scope of supply fully complies with contractual quality requirements. Working closely with Project Managers Project Directors and crossfunctional teams you will proactively manage quality risks implement effective mitigation strategies and minimize escaping defects to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintainproject quality plans leveraging standard templates and integrating customerspecific quality regulatory and product certification requirements

• Owning and manageproject quality requirements ensuring effective execution through appropriate quality surveillance and risk mitigation plans

• Leading thenonconformance and concession management process ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations

• Maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders and external customers fostering strong and transparent working relationships

• Preparing and presentquality performance reportsto internal leadership and customer representatives

• Monitoring and manage punch lists throughout execution with the objective of achievingzero open items at shipment

• Ensuringontime delivery of quality documentation and certification dossiersto customers

• Drivingcontinuous improvementby capturing sharing and applying lessons learned

• Supportingoperational excellence initiativesand broader strategic programs

• Defining and deploy thequality roadmapfor assigned projects or programs

• Supporting the preparation and execution ofQuality Management Reviews and Business Reviews
  

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Degree inEngineering Project Management Quality Management or equivalent professional experience (Masters Degree preferred)

• Demonstrated experience inQuality Assurance and Quality Control including practical application in complex projects

• Strong analytical reporting and problemsolving skills with experience in continuous improvement methodologies

• Fluency inEnglish and Italian

• Proven experience inquality or project management roles preferably within theenergy sector

• Certified Quality Auditor(preferred)

• Prior experience in theOil & Gas industry(preferred)

For Italy:The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 51200 To 70400.
The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
