On top will support the team in COGS control and Brand expenses tracking and monitoring. Thus, he/she will have to work closely together with and act as a Business partner to other functions such as Sales and Marketing mainly, and supply chain when necessary. /ppThis is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Milan office / Fridays working from home) /ppstrongWhat You Can Expect /strong /ppManage the ON trade channel, focusing on Net Sales and Gross Profit performance for the entire portfolio. /ppSupport COGS control and track/monitor Brand expenses. /ppAct as a business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain functions. /ppAnalyze and report on Net Sales at customer and brand levels. /ppPerform Profitability Analysis across the operational value chain. /ppPlan and update the annual budget for operationally relevant PL sections in collaboration with FPA. /ppEnsure commercial practices and policies are followed across departments. /ppShare best practices and facilitate knowledge transfer. /ppProvide ad-hoc analysis and support to the Italy Finance Team. /ppstrongWhat You Bring to the Table /strong /ppBachelors or equivalent degree in Business or Finance. /ppMinimum 3 years of post-degree experience in Controlling/Finance, preferably in the FMCG sector. /ppFluent in Italian and highly proficient in English (speaking and writing). /ppExcellent MS Excel skills; good knowledge of Financial/ERP Systems (SAP) and BI/BW. /ppStrong analytical, project management, and conceptual/strategic thinking skills. /ppStrong teamwork, interpersonal, and influence skills. /ppDemonstrated financial acumen and integrity. /ppstrongWhat Makes You Unique /strong /pulliMBA preferred. /li /ulpstrongWho We Are /strong /ppWe believe great people build great brands.
