Main objective is the development and successful implementation system, with focus on the continuous improvement of the maintenance, to achieve significant cost savings, improve the reliability and uptime of the machinery, the management of spare parts and the efficiency of the maintenance organization. The Maintenance Subject Matter Expert also supports the Pirelli Manufacturing Excellence (PME) team, a program focused on enhancing competitiveness and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across factories. /ph3YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES /h3ulliDeveloping and maintaining the standards and methods related to the Professional and Autonomous Maintenance improvement stream and creating the associated training material. /liliServing as a trainer about Maintenance standards and improvement methods inside the Pirelli Academy, in order to create an adequate level of competence in the Head Quarter and in the Factories. /liliProviding the necessary support to the Plant Directors, Maintenance stream leaders and improvement teams inside the factories, in order to successfully implement the standards and methods according to the Pirelli System Road Map, also through dedicated missions on site. /liliIdentifying good practices, together with the Stream leaders in the factories and promoting their implementation in other factories, whenever convenient. /liliMonitoring the progress of PME implementation and projects achievements. /liliServing as an assessor during the audits, regularly performed in the factories. /liliDevelops an adequate level of competence about the Company organization, production process to support the successful implementation and the results of the continuous improvement as a whole. /li /ulh3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3ulliAt least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a significative experience in maintenance and Lean management. /liliMaster's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Management. /liliFluency in English and other languages used in the Pirelli factories worldwide (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Chinese) are considered a plus. /liliSound understanding of Manufacturing Improvement Systems. /liliSound understanding of the Professional and Autonomous Maintenance improvement methods. /liliAbility to work in international teams. /liliTravelling flexibility. /li /ulh3WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION /h3ulliHas a technical background, reinforced by shop-floor practice, that will enable creative and cost-effective solutions applying the Maintenance improvement principles. /liliIs a leader in the implementation of the continuous improvement system worldwide, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization. /li /ulh3COMPENSATION PACKAGE /h3ulliThe employment contract will be regulated by "Gomma Plastica" National Collective Bargaining Agreement. /liliThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 55.000. /liliThe Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications. /liliThe position’s compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
