What yo'll do

As a Senior Project Engineer, yo will play a key role in developing and execting strategic investment projects across the Eropean region - mainly in Casarile - Italy, ensring technical excellence, safety, and sstainability in every phase. Yo will be responsible for the technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects and act as a key contribtor to execte in time and bdget.

• Lead and execte investment projects safely, on time, on bdget, and in line with Henkel's Project Management Framework
• Manage all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects in the Eropean region, mainly in Casarile - Italy
• Drive all project phases - from feasibility and concept development to exection, commissioning, start-p, hand-over and project closre, inclding lessons learned
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, resolving and escalating isses as appropriate
• Coordinate and commnicate effectively with project stakeholders and cross-fnctional teams, ensring alignment and transparency
• Collaborate with internal experts and technology specialists to secre best-in-class technical soltions
• Facilitate ongoing best practice exchange between sites and the regional engineering grop
• Actively contribte to the continos improvement

What makes yo a good fit

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Indstrial Chemistry
• Minimm 7 years of experience in Project Engineering, preferably managing CAPEX investment projects within process indstries sch as chemical, pharmacetical, food, or related manfactring environments
• Strong project management skills, inclding experience with relevant tools and methodologies
• High degree of self-motivation, atonomy, and flexibility in a dynamic international environment
• Excellent commnication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels and fnctions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, CAD applications
• Flent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel across Erope
