Key responsabilities

Store Support & Helpdesk Management

• Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets raised by stores, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Logistics and other stakeholders) to solve operational issues.
• Maintain effective communication with stores regarding ticket progress and resolution.

Business Analysis & Reporting

• Support the Retail Operations team with ad hoc analyses and business insights.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for management.

Retail Operations Projects

• Support the implementation of new retail initiatives and operational processes.
• Assist in projects related to BOH organization, stock management, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in the rollout of new POS systems and retail management platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.

Requirements

• Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Canva for presentations and visual communication materials.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and international environment.
• Fluent Italian and English.

This role comes with a monthly gross retribution of €600.
