Experteer OverviewAs an Android Developer in the Consumer Growth team, you will build native Android experiences that drive onboarding and activation, collaborating with cross‑functional partners to scale our community.

You’ll own high‑impact features and continuously improve the app while learning from senior engineers.

Your work will shape how new users discover, join, and engage with Satispay at scale.

This role combines hands‑on development with a focus on user‑centric design and robust, secure apps.Retribuzione / BenefitsDevelop and ship native Android features with a focus on onboarding and activationCollaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to integrate featuresAddress user pain points and enhance the mobile experience through intuitive design and functionalityCollaborate with data analysts to design and run A/B testsDrive iterative improvements to existing apps and create user‑centric features (e.g., referral programs, campaigns)Ensure high standards for coding, performance, and security; maintain robust client‑side authenticationTake ownership from local development to Google Play deploymentResponsabilitàDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of hands‑on Android development experience with Kotlin, xlwpduy Android SDK, Android Studio, and GradleStrong grasp of MVI, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flows, and REST APIsStructured communicator with stakeholders across multiple domainsPassion for FinTech or startup environments; quickly adapt to growthFluency in Italian and EnglishRequisiti fondamentaliUnlimited paid time offFlexible hybrid working systemExtended parental leaveStock Option PlanRelocation supportMeal vouchers
