Experteer OverviewIn this role, you will lead and coordinate construction activities within our projects to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will work closely with the project core team and site stakeholders to align execution with the overall project plan and customer requirements.

You will drive collaboration across functions, manage contractors, and enforce HSE and regulatory standards on site.

This position offers the chance to shape the construction phase of steel processing plant projects at a global scale.Retribuzione / BenefitsInitiate, coordinate and control construction activities to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality-focused executionServe as central point of contact for construction during the order execution and for site teamsCommunicate with cross-functional teams including Project Manager, Project Supply Chain Manager, Engineering Manager, and Project SchedulerOversee preparation and management of the construction work packageOptimize and coordinate construction matters in consultation with the General Commissioning ManagerMonitor contractor compliance with the HSE plan and escalation of significant non-conformitiesEnsure compliance with legal and customer requirements for safe construction and environmental considerationsProvide leadership to coordinate, manage and control all construction activitiesResponsabilità3/5 xlwpduy years of professional site management experience in steel processing plant constructionVery good written and spoken EnglishAbility to work in a team and flexibilityWillingness to travel worldwideOrganizational skills and responsibility with ability to work under pressureOpen-mindedness towards new approaches and innovationsConfident handling of MS Office toolsKnowledge in site erection and commissioning for steel plants (preferred)
