Experteer OverviewIn this role you will lead supply acquisition in Italy, expanding Airbnb’s professional inventory and presence.

You’ll work with the Homes (EMEA) team to tailor scalable, local strategies and build strong relationships with external partners.

You’ll analyze data to identify market opportunities, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, and communicate product updates to hosts, helping drive long‑term market success.Retribuzione / BenefitsProspect and onboard new professional hosts in the assigned territory, maintaining a healthy pipelineDevelop and deploy scalable strategies to acquire professional hosts in the regionRepresent Airbnb in external meetings with professional hosts as a knowledgeable market expertAnalyze data to identify strategic opportunities and drive sales growthBuild deep knowledge of the assigned geographic marketsManage partner relationships within the territoryUnderstand technical integration basics of software partners to support clientsEducate clients on product changes and relay feedback to internal teamsDeliver timely, high-quality service to professional hostsCollaborate cross‑functionally with product, communications, public policy and customer support to ensure long‑term market successResponsabilità6+ years of sales experience2+ years in hospitality/travel (nice to have)Strong time management and prioritization skillsStrong B2B sales/new business development experienceAbility to operate strategically and tactically in ambiguous environmentsExcellent communication with clientsExperience building xlwpduy and strengthening external partnershipsComfort with data analysis to inform decisionsWillingness to travel to assigned marketsAbility to meet tight deadlines and balance short‑term needs with long‑term initiativesHospitality/travel experience in the region is a plusProficiency with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plusCharismatic, resourceful self‑starterFluency in Italian and EnglishRequisiti fondamentalibase pay range 51,000—58,000 EURbonus eligibilityequitybenefitsEmployee Travel Credits
